1:1 Personal Training with Leif (1 hour)

Private tuition in self defence (Krav Maga), Jeet Kune do, Kali and Mauy Thai in Norwich and North Norfolk area or ONLINE. Taught by black belt instructor Leif Smith.

Leif has at least 35 years experience training in different forms of martial arts and at least 25 years teaching. He holds black belts in a number of different styles including Jeet Kune Do, Kali and is a full instructor in Mauy Thai. 

Leif is also a level one instructor in Krav Maga.

Leif has significant experience of working in prisons with high risk offenders and in secure mental health units so he understands the realities of dealing with violence on a daily basis.
