The AR Krav Maga Training Ball is the perfect training tool. Designed to be head shaped, great for striking and kick training, allows 360 degree strikes. 

Two strong handles at the back are perfect for holding it at any desired height for striking or can be simply used as groin kicking shield by attaching it to a belt.

Please note this product is supplied flat packed and needs to be filled with material's like old clothes or any other fabrics to be ready for use. The ideal weight would be around 2.4kg.
