P0/1 Accelerator Workshop for Beginners

The purpose of the Accelerator Workshops is as the name suggests to help accelerate your basic skills and understanding of the Practitioner level.  It is aimed at those new to our club to help them along and fill in some blanks, if you are currently on our trial class programme but want to know more, have attended one of our foundation courses and want a top up and new for 2022 for the parents/ carers of our Kids & Teens student but wish they new more in order to help practice with their children at home.  

During the workshop we will run through the P1 syllabus over an intensive 3-hour period. This will be a fast-paced overview of the syllabus. We will be covering all the main checkpoints on all the P1 techniques and will be giving loads of corrections and feedback as required. 

If you are new to Krav Maga and want to see what the first level syllabus consists of, or you are about to take your first grading, or you only train once a week, or you practice with your kids, or you just want to cover the basic fundamentals again then the P1 accelerator workshop is for you.

You will need to complete a KMG Health Questionnaire prior to attending this event.

Dress and Equipment: Please wear your club uniform and bring all your personal protection.  Non club members should wear comfortable sports clothing.  All should bring plenty of water and food to last 3-hours of training. 

Please print off your receipt and hand it in at the workshop.  The receipt is valid for one workshop.
