Parent & Child Self-defence Workshop No 3

We are delighted to announce our new “Parent & Child (6 yrs+) Self-defence Workshops” to be held at our bespoke self-defence training centre here in Norwich.

We are planning to run these 3-hours workshops over Half-terms and National holidays allowing for maximum parent and child attendance.

The workshops are designed to be practical, fun, and engaging so that parent and child can train safely together and alongside other like-minded parents and children. A family occasion.

Attending a parent and child, or family, self-defence workshop with your children has many benefits. Apart from bonding and spending quality time together it also gives you the chance to help improve their confidence in what could otherwise be difficult situations. Learning practical self-defence is a great confidence-building skill transferable in all aspects of life.

We will be covering:

• The four key stages of a fight (99% of all self-defence situations can be avoided if you better understand these initial stages).
• Avoidance & De-escalation, Escape & Evade.
• The use of everyday objects for protection.
• Basic Striking and Movement.
• And of cause some practical self-defence techniques everyone needs to know.

To ensure the quality of instruction spaces will be limited to just 24 students (adult & child).

The cost of the 3-hour workshop is just £15 per person (e.g., 1 adult and 2 children £45.00).

The workshop starts at 1300 until 1600.
