AR Krav Maga Self Defence Training
Krav Maga Training is unlike any martial arts simply because it is not one.
Krav Maga Training is a reality based self-defence system based on our bodies natural reactions, we try and use minimum effort with maximum success designed to increase your chances of remaining safe.
Krav Maga Training has no sporting or competition elements, no trophies or prizes to fight for… just a non-assertive and discrete feeling of confidence that you can look after yourself or a loved one if you really have to whilst getting in shape at the same time.
Where martial arts generally deal with 1-on-1 situations, Krav Maga Training will teach you how to deal with multiple attackers, the different stages of a fight and many avoidance techniques. Like on the streets, Krav Maga has no rules or limitations but it does have several principles and must be lawful.
