The class was big, but Tony and his team made it feel like an 1 on 1 session.
Lots of assistance and explanation during the session.
Loads of information and lots of fun exercises.

Love the fact that they all were super friendly and made all of the students feel welcome.

I was made to feel welcome on my first jump into Krav Maga in wymondham,
It’s always abit daunting doing something new like this, but it was made a lot easier with a great group of people and instructors who eased me in at just the right pace.

I wasn't new to MA raining and I was looking for some Krav Maga classes for a while... I had the trial class with AR Krav Maga, and that was a click! Absolutely amazing team, amazing training, friendly and enjoyable lessons and absolutely firatvclasses instructors. If you would like getting fitter and learning some real scenario self defence techniques this is the course. I couldn't emphasise enough! The best training since my time in the Army!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I was apprehensive when I first turned up but was instantly put at ease by my PT Jack, who extended a very warm and reassuring welcome. The training has been great and really helped my self confidence and self esteem. Not only does Jack explains the ‘how’s’ he explains the ‘why’s’ demonstrating an expertise and real depth in his knowledge.
If you are unsure about signing up, I would encourage you to take the leap, you won’t regret.
