Adult Practitioner Level Club Grading
Event Details:
Practitioner level grading for club members of AR Krav Maga.
The Practitioner Levels of Krav Maga are the core of the system. You will have learnt how to defend against the most common attacks, basic fighting skills, and how to avoid a situation and what to do after a confrontation.
For P0s this will be your first milestone in your Krav Maga journey, all P0 students are encouraged to work hard and strive towards attending and passing this grading.
P4s this is your last grading before National Gradings so the very best is expected from you.
Requirements: - recommended to grade by a KMG instructor - must hold in date KMG training licence.
Plus:
- Consistently train regularly (no cramming last minute).
- P1's must have trained for at least 3-months.
- Know your curriculum and be able to perform it on the day.
P1 Grading - There is a fee of approx £42.00 - £47.00 payable to KMG UK to cover, examination, KMG Passport, certificate and badge.
P2, 3 & 4 Grading - There is a fee of approx £42.00 - £47.00 payable to KMG UK to cover, examination, certificate and badge.
Note: Only once you have completed your workbooks, achieved your second stripe and have a firm recommendation from Tony, Emma or Jack should you move forward and pay and book your Grading.
Grading is not mandatory nor does it reflect on you if you choose not to grade...it's just a measure of where you are at that time so don't feel under pressure to grade.

Jon Bullock is an Expert Level 4 Instructor (4th Degree Black Belt). He has been pivotal in the growth of Krav Maga in the UK, delivering instructor certification programmes, further development opportunities and school owner support systems.
Jon is also the founder of Krav Maga Elite – Self Defence & Fitness. A UK based provider of Krav Maga training offering weekly classes to children and adults, based out of two full time training centres.
Jon also provides bespoke defensive tactics and conflict de-escalation training programmes to various Police Forces, Government Departments, Military Units, and Global Companies worldwide.

Parent & Child Self-defence Workshops

Event Details:
We are delighted to announce our new “Parent & Child (6 yrs+) Self-defence Workshops” to be held at our bespoke self-defence training centre in Norwich.
The workshops are designed to be practical, fun, and engaging so that parent and child can train safely together and alongside other like-minded parents and children. A family occasion.
Attending a parent and child, or family, self-defence workshop with your children has many benefits. Apart from bonding and spending quality time together it also gives you the chance to help improve their confidence in what could otherwise be difficult situations. Learning practical self-defence is a great confidence-building skill transferable in all aspects of life.
“Those who train together are safer together”.
We will be covering:
- The four key stages of a fight (99% of all self-defence situations can be avoided if you better understand these initial stages).
- Avoidance & De-escalation, Escape & Evade.
- The use of everyday objects for protection.
- Basic Striking and Movement.
- And of cause some practical self-defence techniques everyone needs to know.
To ensure the quality of instruction spaces will be limited to just 24 students (adult & child).
