For some people, attending weekly classes may not be an option. We all have busy lives so please feel free to contact us to discuss private ie personal training or small group training opportunities. We will teach you the fundamentals, theory and practice of Krav Maga. We will practice how to avoid, prevent, de-escalate, move, create space, escape and evade physical situations and if necessary how to defend yourself against several common attacks. We will also supply all the necessary equipment and location.
Male and Female instructors available.
